Property Audit Pakistan publishes per-square-foot rates so a buyer can estimate the professional fee without waiting for a sales call. The calculation uses total covered area, not the plot size alone.
A written quotation is still required because two properties with the same plot size may have different covered areas, access conditions and inspection requirements. The quotation confirms the package, scope, covered area, fee and material limitations before scheduling.

What are the property inspection rates?＋
The published rates are PKR 40 per covered square foot for Basic Audit, PKR 50 for Premium Audit and PKR 60 for Elite Audit. The confirmed quotation depends on the selected package, verified covered area, property type, access and agreed scope.
How is covered area calculated?＋
The fee is based on total covered area rather than plot size alone. A double-storey five-marla house can have approximately 2,250 square feet of covered area, but the actual figure must be provided or confirmed for quotation.
What would a five-marla house inspection cost?＋
Using an illustrative covered area of 2,250 square feet, the estimated fee is PKR 90,000 for Basic, PKR 112,500 for Premium and PKR 135,000 for Elite. These are examples, not a final quotation.
Is the inspection fee refundable?＋
Payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed with the written quotation and engagement. No general refund promise should be assumed outside those confirmed terms.
Are legal review and market evaluation included?＋
They are separate professional workstreams and are included only where stated in the selected package and confirmed scope. An engineering inspection alone does not establish title or market value.
Why is a quotation required if rates are published?＋
The rate provides transparency, while the quotation confirms the actual covered area, property type, location, access, required professionals, inspection scope and any material exclusions before work is scheduled.
